How much profit can we make?
There is no limit to how much money your organization can raise. The more CD's that you sell the higher your profits will be.
Are there any hidden fees or up-front costs?
Absolutely not! You are contacting us because you need to raise money, which probably means you don't have a whole lot of extra money lying around. Based on the size of you group and your fundraising goals, we will give you an online order form and sales sheets to begin your fundraiser. We do have an option for organizations that would like to have the CD's on-hand for sales. Our fundraising counselors can explain this in further detail.
How many coupons are on a Coupon Saver CD?
Every area is different, but we try to have a minimum of 15 advertisers in place by the time your organization begins selling. We are constantly adding on new advertisers and you will even be able to get advertisers to join by simply referring them to our website, where they can signup.
Is this fundraiser only available to non-profit groups?
No, any organization may sign up.
Do you customize the Coupon Saver CD?
For larger organizations that committ to selling 1,000 units or more, we can create a custom CD cover with your logo. Additionally, your organization can elect to share news and information about your fundraiser with the supporters by way of a custom feed that is updated every time the supporter uses the program.
How does the residual feature work?
This is really what separates the Coupon Saver CD Fundraiser from everything else. When a supporter buys a Coupon Saver CD, they receive a 6 month subscription to access all of the coupons and offers. At the end of the 6 months, they will be given an opportunity to renew their subscription. In the event they renew, your organization will receive a 40% share of the profits (paid quarterly). Since most organizations lose a certain percentage of members each year, this provides a great opportunity to keep earning money from supporters who would no longer support your organization because their referring member left.
You say it's free...what's the catch?
Absolutely no catch! The more coupons and offers that are available through our program, the more value it has, and thus the easier it is to sell. All we ask is that you provide high value incentives so that supporters will use them.
How do you protect against coupon fraud?
We have taken many measures to ensure that your coupons aren't compromised. Each coupon printed contains a unique serial number that can be used to detect duplicates and if necessary we can trace it to the user who printed it. If a user is found to be involved in coupon fraud, our terms of use do allow us to disable their access to the coupons. Additionally, the coupons contain your terms & conditions and an expiration date. In the future, we will be implimenting an on-demand coupon verification program whereby you will be able to verify the validity of the coupon in real time from our website. Do I have to accept text messaged coupons?
No...however, we strongly recommend it. Nearly everyone has a cell phone these days and enjoy the convenience of being able to shop for offers and then send them all to their phone. At checkout, they will show you a text message with a unique coupon id number that you can enter into your POS. Additionally, everytime a text message is sent to a cell phone, you will receive an email notification with the id number. You can therefore keep an in-house list of all active codes that have been sent to cell phones and check them off as they come in.
