Fundraising Terms and Conditions
By signing up your organization for a fundraiser with or participating in the Coupon Saver CD Fundraising Program (the "Fundraising Program") you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Program Terms"), in addition to the Coupon Saver CD Website Terms of Service.
The Fundraising Program enables organizations to raise money by having their supporters purchase Mini CD’s with access to our propietary database of coupons and offerings for hundreds of national and local businesses. Participants purchase the Coupon Saver CD in order to save money from businesses they frequent. For each Coupon Saver CD they purchase they make a donation to their organization. Now schools, little leagues, clubs and even national foundations can raise funds without having to produce anything to sell or ask supporters for donations.

Signing Up.
In order to create a fundraiser with Coupon Saver CD you must complete and submit a brief form at our fundraiser registration page if you are not already a registered user on Coupon Saver CD a new user registration will be generated for you automatically when you complete the fundraiser form. Coupon Saver CD will notify you via email once your fundraiser is approved and will send you a link to a web page dedicated to your fundraiser on the Coupon Saver CD website. This dedicated page is open to all participants supporting your fundraiser and provides up-to-date information such as the estimated dollar amount raised by your group, progress towards your stated fundraising goal, a list of your most active participants and other relevant information.
 At the end of your fundraiser your organization will receive a certain dollar amount for each Coupon Saver CD. A "Coupon Saver CD" is one CD or one registration for the CD on our web site in your organizations behalf as set forth in the Terms of Service in addition to the following requirements:

Taxpayer Information. During sign-up, fundraiser organizers will be required to provide the tax identification number of the organization or person that will be the recipients of proceeds from the fundraiser. You will also be asked to indicate the tax exempt status of the organization if selling in the state of California.

Miscellaneous.
You represent and warrant that (i) your registering a fundraiser with Coupon Saver CD does not violate the rights of any third parties and complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, (ii) you are an authorized representative of the organization for which you are registering a fundraiser with Coupon Saver CD, and you are authorized to bind the organization to these Program Terms, (iii) if you are registering your fundraiser on behalf of a third party you represent and warrant that you have permission and the authority from such third party to do so, and (iv) any and all information provided in the sign up form, including without limitation the organization's tax identification number, is true and correct. You may participate in only one fundraiser at a time. Coupon Saver CD reserves the right to change the dollar amount it charges for each Coupon Saver CD, however any such change will not impact a fundraiser that is in progress. You understand and agree that Coupon Saver CD has no obligations in connection with the fundraiser other than those set forth in these Program Terms. You also agree that you will receive marketing and other electronic communications from Coupon Saver CD associated with your fundraiser. For example, you may receive emails containing helpful tips on how to manage your fundraiser. Coupon Saver CD reserves the right to reject an application by any organization to participate in the Fundraising Program for any or no reason. For avoidance of doubt, these Program Terms are in addition to, not in lieu of, the Terms of Service, therefore your registration of and participation in any fundraiser is subject to both these Program Terms and the Terms of Service.

Program Terms:
1.1 Organization hereby agrees to sell Coupon Saver CD activations at a market price of $20.
1.2 Coupon Saver CD activations are for a period of 6 months from the time the end user account is activated through the Coupon Saver CD's interface.
1.3 Fundraiser will consult tax professional regarding tax exemption and sales tax and release CSCD from any failure by fundraiser to collect sales tax or issue tax exemption receipts.
Inventory Consignments
2.1 Organization will only billed for CD’s that are sold.
2.2 Consignments will be for a period of 21 days from the date the CD’s are received by the organization.  Return shipments must be dated no later than the 22nd day after receipt, or an additional charge of $0.05 per unsold unit will be charged per day until shipped.
2.3 Organization will receive one (1) activation code for every Coupon Saver CD. The activation codes will be sealed by wafer seal inside of the CD sleeve.  If a seal is broken, company reserves the right to charge your organization for the CD as sold.

Custom CD Sleeves
3.1 Organizations that wish to have a custom CD sleeve printed may do so by pre-paying $1.50 per unit with a minimum order of 500 units. 
3.2 At the end of the fundraiser, the $1.50 per unit will be applied to the pricing for units sold, and will be forefeited for any units unsold. 
3.3 Certain information must appear on the sleeves:
            a. The “Includes Adobe Air” image and trademark information
            b. Minimum system requirements
            c. The notification “6 month access to $100s in savings” – may be different font / location
            d. The phrase “Powered by Coupon Saver CD”

CD  Pricing
4.1 Based on the following levels ordered, Company agrees to sell to Organization at the following prices:

1 - 4 = $16 per CD
5 - 49 = $12 per CD
50 - 999 = $10 per CD
1000 - 1999 = $9 per CD
2000 or more = $8 per CD
